Terrible Services

Terrible customer service.

Brought our Isuzu KB250 in for a service. We are out Service plan but continue bringing there as we want to maintain our vehicle correctly. When we collected the vehicle at exactly 16:55 on Friday, the service advisor named Thabiso, did not greet, and said that I almost didn't make it( VERY UNWELCOMING and with attitude) and I then said that you can't leave as I have to pay and then he said "Me, I ***off ". As a business owner myself, this should not happen. I was waiting at my vehicle, waiting for him to come and give me a breakdown of the service but he got in his car and left. The vehicle was also not washed well.

Despite this service costing me over R8000.00 , and being a loyal client after so many years, the service was apalling.

I will never be back. I was also in the dealership looking to purchase another vehicle a few weeks prior to this and I will rather look elsewhere.
