PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC As if it wasn't bad enough for the diagnostics test to take 2 days, the service advisor Maxine was very rude from day one when I dropped off my car and she is a ******, I even wonder how she got the job. Their dealer principal Heystek also does not care about the type of service we receive from the staff members, I even asked to speak to him or the service manager and I was told he does not take calls from customers and he will call me back, this was 4 days ago. I'm just glad I got my vehicle back never have to deal with the lot again, they were not of any help anyway.
