Terrible Service

<p>Hoe klink die? </p> <p>I bought a Ford Mustang about 6 Months ago, from Action Ford Roodepoort (biggest mistake ever)</p> <p>December 2016 I experienced a problem with the vehicle and gave Ford a call. They said I can take the vehicle to my closest Ford branch and they would arrange accordingly. Following the instructions, I was informed that I have to arrange the transport myself to get the vehicle to Ford, that is the most pathetic F**king arrangement, why must I arrange for the transport I don’t own a transport company ( **** customer relations really Ford)!!!!</p> <p>I was then promised that I would get a curtesy vehicle while my car is being repaired, I am still waiting for my curtsey vehicle will probably get it in 2018!!! I have had feedback from Ford stating that they have to replace the motor of the Mustang, they have not send me any proof that it is a new motor that they will be replacing. How will I know for sure that it is a new one and not just the old one they repaired? For a R1,1mil rand car they really have the ****TIEST service ever and I would NOT recommend them to anyone not even to my arch enemy!!!!!!!!!! </p> <p>And this is not the first bad experience I have had with Ford!!!!!!!!! Maybe Toyota should be my next option!!!!!!!!!!</p>
