Terrible service

<p>I bought my car in September 2016 the day I signed my forms i was promised I will receive copies when they put on the number plates but my copies never got delivered the day they put on the number plates.... </p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say it is now November 2016 i have NOT received any paper work that was signed, i have asked over and over and all i get is we requested the forms from the file department and will get to you shortly as well as my car mats i dont have those either</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
