Terrible customer service

My husband took my car into William's Hunt Edenvale on Monday the 7th December to date i've had not one phone call on the progress of the car i've have had to spend my time chasing up feedback the car is still at the dealership today (Friday the 11th) and i still have no feedback??? I have left messages for Ernst in the workshop to call me back but he has not. This is pathetic service and my first interaction with the William's Hunt brand and this will be the last!
