******** by Reeds Claremont

On Friday 31 May I collected my G2 certified car from Reeds Claremont. Only when I collected the car was I told that it had to be returned for the headlamps to be replaced! The car was duly collected on Monday 10 May by which time I had picked up a myriad of other issues including a slight dent and scratch marks across two doors (not to mention the fact that the car had passed the roadworthy although the front passenger door couldn't be opened from inside). On Friday 14 June Reeds returned my car to me but unbelievably the headlamps had still not been replaced, the scratches and dent had simply been sprayed over but are still quite visible, the explanation given to me was that it was too going to be too much trouble to fix properly! In addition the car registration number had been changed completely to comply with the new CAA regulations but no one at Reeds bothered to inform me of the change. I am beyond disgusted. This G2 certified car I bought is supposed to be collected once again today but understandably I have serious doubts whether Reeds has the ability or the will to do what is right by me.
