Surprised by the customer service

Went to the dealership with my family looking to see and potentially buy a car that the dealership had posted online. We got to the used car floor and no one was coming to assist until we approached a gentleman who was sitting down and we asked for help. The gentleman then told us the time was 12.12pm and the dealership was closing at 1pm. After we took note of the time he told us and ignored his hint to leave, we showed him the car the dealership posted online.. He then proceeded to start looking for the car with us behind him and after walking about everywere - he simply said he can't find it. We left at 1230pm - The gentleman didn't take our number nothing :-)

After driving with my family from far and making it 45min before closing time - I was shocked at the service and realized clearly this dealership doesn't need my potential purchase
