Superior customer service - West Cape Volkswagen

Today was my first interaction with West Cape Volkswagen and I am beyond impressed with their SUPERIOR customer service. Also VW Alert.

My car did not want to start this morning. I phoned VW Alert at 11h00 and they sent out a very helpful technician (Grant) to assist me within the hour. He jump started my car and advised me to take my car to the dealership to have the battery checked out asap. He arranged everything and despite them being fully booked for the day, managed to get me an opening. I took my car in at 13h00. At 15h00 I got a call to say everything is sorted. They replaced the battery and my maintence plan covered everything!

I honestly did not expect this efficient and prompt assistance. Thank you West Cape VW and team (especially Grant), you've exceeded my expectations!
