Strijdom park VW **** service

Is rating only at 1 star….VW service at this place is really below. My driver takes the car in for service today on the 28th, service consultant calls me about windscreen chips and I confirm is fine do the chips and service. 5 o’clock she calls me telling me I need to pay 990 since I confirmed in the morning that I’ll pay cash which I never did( service centres ask how will you pay). I have an extended service plan with Avis, my last at the centre was done via Avis. This is the pits of service centre . I pay the amount ask my driver to tell the women to send me those invoices so I can claim from Avis, she tells my driver that their system is shutting down, like how the actual F is that possible.
