strange workshop

car goes in for a service on the 23rd March, no issues reported what so ever, 31st march coolant bottle is emptied out and 1st april when i take it back to them they say water pump needs to be replaced, and to top it off still waiting for the quote for repairs. rather strange a car with no issues goes in for a service come out with a problem that will cost over R9000 to repair.
