Still no help from William Hunts Forways

I had taken my car in for a service on the 7th August 2015, and they did a fantastic job, but when getting back into my car i noticed that my service book was never given back to me. I know this for a fact as the last time i saw the service book was when it was being stamped ( but was never returned). I always leave the service book in the cubbyhole, so if returned to me it would be there but it is not. I have searched my car hi and low but to no avail.<br> I then proceeded to contact Williams Hunt regarding my lost service book (which was lost by the service department) and they said that they will look for it. I then waited patiently but never received a call as promised. I then called again, got made all sorts of promises ( they will look and if not found by certain period will issue a new service book) I still have not heard anything back and its been 20 days!!! Williams Hunt has lost my service book it is their responsibility to allocate a new one with all past service history added as the service book is the livelihood in terms of selling my car. Please sort this out ASAP. Please guys don't drop the ball again. Not cool guys, Not cool
