This is the fourth repair at Northcliff BMW ARC and for every single repair ive been extra satisfied. My car came out looking good as new, I could barely recognise that it was scratched or dented. The Nov 2023 Hail damaged up my entire car and windscreen but they repaired it to brand new. I returned to repair again and it was done in a less than a week. The timeframe was reasonable and I received my car in due time as they promised. I won’t hesitate taking it back because I’m always satisfied. Shout out to Bongani Ngobeni for the beautiful work, patience and kind service. Shout to Adriaan van Staden for your prompt response. My phone calls and emails are responded in a short space of time. You guys know how to services people.
