Staff damaging vehicles in the workshop

The workmanship at this repair centre is definitely not up to BMW standard or any repair shop standards. The workers in the workshop seem to be poorly trained and from the streets and have no regard for taking care of customers vehicles

My BMW was at the repair centre for minor spray work. It was there for two weeks because they are so slow and nonchalant. The vehicle spent two business days in the quality control department prior to them releasing it. When the car was returned to me, the panel adjacent to the repair had scuff marks and scratches which were not originally there. When I pointed this out they went back to their pictures of the car that they had taken prior to the repair they confirmed that it had been scratched in their workshop during the repair work. What kind of quality inspection did they do that they did not pick up the scratches that they caused in the workshop when it's literally below the repair work?

How do you call a customer for vehicle collection when you have caused additional damage in the panel adjacent to the repair? My question is what kind of shoddy workman do they have working on the vehicles where they carelessly handle customers cars. I am shocked and disgusted by the service. I took my car back for now as I can't be without a vehicle but they say that I will have to bring the car back and they will have to spend time repairing the damages start they caused.

Nadim was the only helpful person at this repair centre. The communication in the two weeks was almost non existent with their front staff. I had to chase after them for updates. Please use the Sandton BMW Approved Centre.

I would rate even zero stars if I could. I feel bad that I had to still pay the full insurance excess to these clowns at this circus of a repair centre. I feel like I could have gotten a better job done at a normal panelbeater as there is no pride in their work and they don't really care about their customers.
