SPRAYPAINT NON CONFORMING TO STANDARDS
in Nov 2013 I bought a Chev Cruz from them whereby they notified me of spraypaint work to be done prior to me taking ownership. Once the vehicle returned from theor PDi, I took ownership in Dec 2013. In April 2015 when I took my vehicle for assessment at Telesure, they pointed out the poor workmanship to the spraypaint on the bonnet thus will have an effect on the value of the vehicle. I advised Carlo who requested I brin the vehicle to Reeds. They showed me on their system the paintwork has been don on the bonnet, doors, side fenders and front bumper. He schedule by vehicle with their PDI who resprayed the bonnet and return my vehicle and found a plastic clip toward the bonnet was broken due to their workmanship, however they agreed to replace it, which to date is not yet. Today I went to Telesure for some other assessment whereby they again pointed out the poor spraypaint work on the bonnet, whereby I immediately advised Reeds. Their driver took it to the PDI who agrees that it must be redone. Since I don't trust their work standard I request that they outsource the spraywork that they done to my preferred coachworks and supply me with a courtesy car until repairs are done.
