Spake Key

Hi Guys<br> <br> I bought the BMW 320i with BMW Autobahn in 2013, and I was not give the spare key. And i did take it up with the sales lady Marriette and she did confirm that the key should have been handed on delivery and apogised for the error.<br> <br> She then promised to chat to her manager regarding the key and will revert back to me, and I even refferred clients to her for more sales. She didnt revert back to me and I also didnt follow up with her but now we have lost the main key and the car is not moving at all. I called BMW Autobahn for assistance and showed them proof that i did communicate with Marriette regarding the non delivery of the spare key. I called the manager Ockert Conradie, and he says he can't assist with this matter and refusing to take any responsility for the non delivery of the spare key.<br> <br> Please see the mail bew as proof I communicated with Marriette regarding the key.<br> <br> .
