Sour business

<p>Hi i bought a car at Weiss Toti VW and the sales guy told me the car is perfect to my surprise when the car arrived was a total mess with lots of fault.</p> <p>He promised to fix the car but later he changed his mind.</p> <p>I reported the matter to his superior but he seem not interested as he always tell me that he's going to ask the sales guy but no solution till so far.</p> <p>Where can i report this matter?</p>
