Sold lies

I'm in East London weeks ago I saw a Nissan Qashqai that I loved at northcliff bmw then I sent a request that I'm interested, so I got a call and I told the sales person I would love to check the car first then I flew to Joburg, on Monday I went to check the car, a salesman(Allen) assisted us. I was happy I told the salesman that I'm interested, Tuesday he sent me the finance form and I filled them and emailed them back to him with all the required documents. Wednesday morning I asked the him what happening and how long is the process gonna take as I will be leaving Joburg on Friday, he told me my application is on the queue, Thursday morning after 8 he said I got pre approval and bank was busy with validation, 2pm I just decided to call the finance officer who told me that my finance was approved early Thursday morning my docs were ready but salesperson said she must hold on to the docs, I phoned the salesperson and asked him whats going on and for how long he said no he's waiting for a good rate(lies) and by Monday everything will be finalized by now I knew he was lying so I phoned a sales manager and told him what was going on he said he will call me back which he never did, shortly after the call I got a text from the salesman telling me that there was a deal pending on the car that I wanted and that the customer came and collected the car. So I was made to apply for a car that was not available and the salesperson made me wait for a car that he knew was not available while I could have looked elsewhere.
