Sold an audi with faulty suspension

I'll never buy an audi after being sold an unsafe car!

I bought an Audi A5 from Audi bloemfontein on 30/10/2020 from Vincent at Audi pre-owned.

After I was supposed to take delivery of that car,they had a delay because this car was sent in to have a repair done on the bumper for a scratch.

After 2 weeks of fighting with the branch to get my car,I got the car and drove 3 months with a temp plate because the previous owner didn't pay the license for the car and now had me delayd for my plates causing problems being stopped by SAPS to and from work daily

Also when I took delivery of this car there was a bad rattle on the panels because they removed the door panels,mirrors, and door handles at the panel shop for some damn reason and smacked it on in a hurry after I got upset for waiting for my car...

I sent the car to audi east rand to remove, and replace the panels properly and fasten the window winder motor on the rear left door....

Not 15000km later and now I have a knocking noise on the suspension. I took the car in to be looked at after I spoke with Karen Minie that did my finance and she advised me the strip and assessment is covered by my motor plan.

My dad took it in and shortly after was advised that the suspension on this car was busted on the mountings and is faulty. I was told to pay a fee for the assessment even though I have a motor plan that covers this...

I spent the whole day today to get Bloemfontein to get the report from Audi in Boksburg to see what is the fault and needs to be fixed..but they don't get In contact and the branch in bloemfontein can't approve any repairs if they don't know what's wrong with my car and I am getting nowhere!!!!!

Just a note to Audi..should my vehicle have an accident and I get killed or injured u are liable! You guys sold me a car with faulty suspension and if anything happens my insurance is voided for my car is not roadworthy....I'll never buy another Audi!
