Sold a rebuild car claiming is used

On the 1st of July 2016 the Wesbank financed a car that I bought (2014 Volkswagen(VW) Golf 2.0TDi *claiming to be used) from Audi Eastrand and 14 days later the car had an oil leak and had to be towed to VW Alberton which they sorted and returned to me. Since then the car went to VW Strjdom Park and Benoni City more than 15 times for same oil leak problem that to me looked like they failing to get it fixed.

Somewhere 2017 August I did surrender the car to the bank but someone called from the bank who was in charge of my account and told me to make the required payment and the bank will help me with the matter. I did exactly that and send all the things he requested from me and that was the last time I heard from the bank with the matter.

Down the line the car started changing the color on the bonnet(attached image). The agent who came to fetch the car during his inspection did tell me that the car was indeed not used but rebuild. It had over sprays on the fender and inside the bonnet. Which when I spoke to the bank mentioned.

Had meetings with Dealer principals from Audi Eastrand, VW Strjdom Park and someone from Unitrans at VW Benoni City on the matter but still failing to get solutions. Unitrans and VW offered me to bring the car to be checked which I did and still failed to get everything right. Audi Eastrand told me I should do a trade in to get rid of the problem with no compensation whatsoever. Contacted the bank for help on the matter and I was told they only care about payments. Those are my problems with VW and Audi. Going through the car service history with Unitrans from first service, it never had such oil leak problems but why after I bought it at 79 000km started having such?

I then chose not to continue paying the bank until the matter was resolved but no one cared. Last year April as the car was just continuing giving me issues I decided to park it and start using taxis like I did before while waiting for the bank, VW or Audi to come with a solution, Wrote to VW several times and they told me it's no longer their issue too.

The car was now locked, couldn't even open it manually and been asking VW how I can open it with no luck. It was even repossessed with personal belongings as even them couldn't open it. All I asked from Wesbank was to sit down and discuss a wayfoward on the matter but I was shown the middle finger all the time. I was told by the bank that the car was inspected before approving the payment, and been asking for that inspection report to this day.

Last week Thursday an Agent called and told me the bank asked him to do inspection and report on the car as it is shown o the their system that it had problems, gave him all the information he needed. Same day he went and took pics of the car and mention I should just let the bank take it as there is nothing I can do and he can also see that I was **********(just when I was hopeful). And yesterday they came to repossess it.

Been taken for a ride for too long, lost so much going through this matter. And believe me, when they auction the car I'll still be the one expected to pay the shortfalls for the price it didn't worth from the beginning. Been through all sorts of pain and stress with this car, It was the obvious hardest decision to park the car and use taxis but I had no any other choice but to do.

My questions are, 1. How did Audi not see that the car wasn't used but rebuild? 2. Where is the inspection report they did on the car before financing it? As I was told it was inspected 3. How did their inspector fail to see that the car was a rebuild not used? 4. Why was it not disclosed to me that the car was not used but rebuild?
