Simply no service at this branch

So yesterday (3/3/2020) my wife enters the branch to have a look at the new Renault Triber. This is due to the fact that the day before (2/3/2020) she went onto the Renault website to book a test drive, and surprise surprise no one bothered to contact her. Anyhow so on the showroom floor there she is looking at the cars and there are 5 salespersons, none of whom are busy with clients, all just ignoring her. A person who seemed to her to be a manager walks straight past her and dos not bother to ask if he could help. So after spending some time and not being offered any form of service she left. So the long and the short is we will not be trading her current Renault for a new Renault. It seems that business is just too good at the moment and this dealership does not need any more sales.
