Shoddy service@ GM Fairways!

I am horrified! In 2012 we traded in our Sante Fe for a Chev Spark. We are now selling the Chev and have updated the licence doc, only to find that GM Cedar Square NEVER licenced the Sante Fe and 6 years later, it is STILL on our name! According to the licencing department, whoever is driving it, is driving a ****** vehicle! How can this over sight happen? I find it unacceptable.
