Shocking service

Shocking service since the day I bought my car. The service consultants do not have a clue what good service is - the final straw today, after they have had my car for over 2 months for an engine replacement, and after the car was basically ready four days ago apart from the paperwork, I sent them a message to say I will be there to collect the car at 10h00. After giving them a bit of grace, I arrive at 11h00, to be kept waiting until 11h30 when they inform me they still haven't finished and I must wait another hour for them to replace the battery and take it for a test drive! Never again will I use Reeds for anything.
