Shocking Repair at Toyota Dealer - Klerksdorp

Please find attached a list of dates on the repair of your vehicle.

24/02/2023 Vehicle towed to us. 01/03/2023 Repairs authorized. 01/03/2023 parts ordered and repair started. 08/03/2023 Turbo replaced and oils replaced. Oil pressure test done and no oil pressure found. 08/03/2023 Additional loaded to insurance and approved to go to Toyota. 09/03/2023 Vehicle sent delivered to Toyota Klerksdorp. 1) A *****driver was forgotten on the fan belt, it damaged the fan belt and could have cause even more damage if I didn’t see this. 2) The intake pipe from turbo to air filter was completely lose 3) Radiator cover is fixed with cable ties, NO clips. One side completely loose. 4) Oil sensor fixed with silicon 5) The bonnet bolts have NO washers in 6) Bonnet Water sealer is not fixed at all 7) Grill is loose and has heat marks on the outside as if it was burnt with a flame 8) Heat mats has NO clips and is loose 9) The console in the roof is also completely loose with NO clips to fasten it As I highlighted, I’m very disappointed with Toyota’s Service in Klerksdorp and these are only problems that I as an amateur can identify. I’m very concerned that this job wasn’t done according to the correct standards and that this may cause me to encounter more problems in future.

I expect an answer on this matter within the following 2 days as my vehicle was send to the Toyota Klerksdorp dealership for repairs on 9 March 2023 and I only received it back on 12 May 2023.
