Shocking customer service

This is the second time I’ve taken my car here in 2 months and both experiences have been really unpleasant. Unhelpful staff, terrible attitude towards customers and all round bad communication. I planned specifically for the parts to be ordered in time and arranged a backup car so that I wouldn’t be stuck, but on initial inspection they never saw the body work damage as well as lever damage which now apparently takes an extra week. Additionally they even admitted that my car hadn’t been seen by their outsourced panel beater. Sad to know that once such a great place has gone downhill so quickly. Not going to be buying a car from this dealership in a hurry.
