SHOCKING CUSTOMER CARE BY ACTION FORD ROODEPOORT

3 weeks later and zero assistance from action ford roodepoort. Extremely good service to purchase a vehicle, after sales service is shocking! i will never recommend this branch. My vehicle was "serviced" after i purchased it as they didnt do anything they needed to before i got the car. Now i sit with the same issues the vehicle went in for in the first place and no one is bothered! you will need to call and email 5 times a week to Patrick and never get word back so word of advice deal with someone else!

All a client needs is assistance, not sure why you guys are even in this industry if you cant even simply give a client feedback! absolutely shocking!
