Shocking and pathetic experience - BMW Fourways

I came across a vehicle on auto trader that BMW Fourways had advertised. I went into see the vehicle. Chatted to a sales person who wasnt very helpful to say the least. i wanted to explore some options and to see how best we could structure a deal. I had my current car evaluated and was told they would contact me back regarding the evaluation figures for a trade in. Its been 2 weeks now and i have yet to get an answer on that. You would think in these times , a company like BMW would welcome sales and be professional. There are many other things that made for a disgusting experience with this company , however i will expose this on wider social media. BMW dont need my business which they have made pretty clear , and in return will never contemplate doing business with them. Shocking and pathetic experience to say the least
