Shocked at time frame and the non committment

It has now been over a month that My Chevrolet utility has been sitting at the Williams hunt branch in Uitenhage in the eastern cape.<br> <br> My car went in for a simple gear shift cable repair , the apparent part is unavailable in this country at the moment and has a lead time of 8-10 weeks which i get.<br> <br> what bothers me is that they have been promising me a courtesy car for the past three weeks and still one month later i still have no courtesy car or idea of when my car will be ready
