Service Waiting time

Service waiting time to get back your vehicle in East London is too much I mean my wife dropped a vehicle for service this morning at 07h00 and she was the 3rd person in line. At 16h42, she hasn't received the vehicle. This is so bad and its not happening for the 1st time.
