Service of my VW Golf

I took my VW Golf TDI for a service at this dealer on the 23rd of January 2018. My vehicle has 64 000 km on the clock, driven by me only. They kept on phoning me for more and more things to replace, even the lower controll arm bushes. Because I had to drive the long road to Cape Town, I let them replace all these things. R11 000 later I collected my car and the first time I drove it on the open road, my right hand mirror's cover just fell off. It was not loose in all the time that I drove my car. I flew across the road and almost caused an acciddent between the cars behind me. I went back to them and asked what went wrong, because I am sure it was bumped or loosened while washing and parking my car. The workshop manager, Idgen, told me just to drive like that and go fix it in Cape Town! I phoned the service advisor of my car, Bianca, but she was always too busy to speak to me. I left several messages and and got a really bad experience with this dealership, even with the tone of voice I had been spoken to. I am a member of many facebook pages and will also post this wide and far. I also saw other reviews where preople are really unhappy about this place.
