Service Disappointment / VW Benoni

I have had the worst experience with my Vehicle. I got my Vehicle in January 2020. This year it started giving me battery problems. starting from June 2021. I communicated this to VW Benoni. In July my vehicle just STOPED and I went to the dealership with my mother to explain to them the problem. I was on the 17th of July I went to the dealership I explained everything to them. I was then told that a tow truck would come and fetch my vehicle on the Monday. No one came on Monday and I was only assisted on the Wednesday being the 21 July 2021. I was told that I could be the tracker or the battery. When I went to fetch the vehicle on the 22 July I was told that everything was fixed and the vehicle is ok. My vehicle has started giving me problems again and its no. I need assistance. The car is in the garage and I keep getting calls from tracker regarding battery failure. The vehicle came with the tracker from the dealership. I need assistance cause I can not keep on having vehicle issues. I need to go to work. I can not keep taking leave because of this. I am highly disappointed. Vehicle registration JK98BG GP. Can someone Please contact me regarding this I need someone to come and check the vehicle. Its in the garage and I need to go to work tomorrow.
