selling cars under false pretences

last year i bought a second hand polo vivo from IC AUTO NISSAN ROODEPOORT from Innocent , and the dealer told me that the car is still under service plan and i wont be liable to pay for any services if the car is still under the service plan now today when i took it in for service they telling me that the car doesnt come with a service plan and i have to pay for it myself of which i was told that the car is has a service plan cause its still under 60000 km now all of a sudden i have to pay for the service
