My vehicle was towed to your premises due to a broken water reservoir. I was then told that there's a hole in the sump that it needs to be replaced. It was then replaced on Wednesday; paid for the vehicle and I drove off. Vehicle was not used on Thursday and Friday. Saturday I start the vehicle on and it won't start and the engine warning light is on meaning that the vehicle only worked for the few hours I drove it from your repairs warehouse. Can someone explain to me how is that possible please?
