Run away from Action Ford Lichenburg

Bought a 2019 Nissan Almera from there a couple of weeks ago. The advert said 26 000 on the clock, we get to the dealership for collection the vehicle is on 28 000 km. we raise no issues. We then discover that a 15 000 km service is not recorded on the service book. We call Nissan South Africa, no record of service on their system. We are told this would affect the warranty of the car should anything happen with the car.

We raise our concerns with them, they are certain the car went in for service @ 15 000, where's the proof? Nothing. The salesman who sealed the deal seems not to know about the car he sold us, his manager, Wimpy Cronje, is "helping us" while shouting at me. He's attitude and tone while "helping me" is not only belittling but patronizing. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car or anything from them. They have not dealt with us in good faith.
