Rudest Dealer

I have never been the one to be made a as person whose *********** but today i was. Took my car for a diagnosis 20.05.2024 and was told i need a major service which i got feedback for that around 2. i asked if the car will be ready he said yes. to my surprise a call came through to be told that the FRM has been blew and i cannot have my car same day as they need to service that part, he told me that he we arrange for a uber to take me home and to work the following day. in the morning today i waited but when i called i was told they are not an uber service and will not do that and i should arrange my own transport. i don't have any means of transport and i told the guy,,,,,i drop off my daughter at school every day. The guy was so rude and i will like that manager to listen to that recording. i need my car today before 12......i want nothing to do with this dealer, i now understand why all these dealership are going down.
