Rude and helpless people at Ford Customer care

<p>Order parts long time ago, still don't have the part. Called customer care since 20th June 2016 I still don't have answer on when to expect the part.</p> <p> </p> <p>At customer care they should be helpful but at Ford is opposite. I have spoken to rude Oteng, rude and helpless Megan, Average Phumzile and useless Nelson at Ford PTA. Ford is disgusting </p>
