REG: DL 92ND GP<br> <br> my car went for repair at Authobhan. it was damaged on the left side in front (passenger side). eventually my car was fixed successfully on the damaged areas and was asked to come pick it up. My husband went to fetch the car for me, upon his arrival before he could take the car he checked if the repair was done successfully and that the car is still in the same condition we handed it in. He noticed the following mistake<br> <br> 1. Inside the car at the back seat the seats are loose and have been vandalized or stripped out and the cables on the leather seat are hanging outside and seats are uncovered.<br> 2. the front bumper next to the lights is slightly scratched out.<br> <br> He pointed out all this errors to BMW employee and they advised him that i handed in the car in that condition when it came for repair, he tried to point out that the car is still new as i bought it in Dec 2014 there is no way the car had those major damages especially on the seats. they said that they have pictures which they showed him. when i was signing the checklist, they didn't take those pics and i don't know when they took those pics.<br> <br> I want my car to be fixed to the same condition i handed it
