Renault triber battery issue

I bought a car this year March Renault triber 2020, then after few months around April/May started experiencing problems with the battery switching itself off when ever in use of be it a radio, hazard even lights. I then called the dealership they asked me to bring it in to be tested , did exactly that and the result came saying 50% and the technician told me that the car need to be driven more and was so surprised with that anyway took the car back home but the problem still continued and had to complain again. I was referred to Renault SA to lay a complain which I did spoke to the lady by the name of Lucy whom she promised to assist me with the problem and she told the dealership to check the car again and confirmed with their technician on her side that yes they have few tribers that had to changed the battery, I then took the car back to the dealership and was assisted by Teresa who told me that the battery it's not their problem but factory fault after again their technician confirmed that the problem could be that they used a small battery and the car is bigger and has the computer radio that consume too much battery usage. But still I have not been assisted by anyone was told that only if Lucy gives them authority to change the battery then they will gladly do it, I then contacted Lucy whom she promised to come back to me on several times and she never did until today. I'm not enjoying my car as I'm supposed to since I have to be careful with what ever I'm putting on in the car because I'm scared it might switch off, even bought charging cable so that I don't become stranded on the road with a brand new car though I still feel that I'm still not safe because I have to keep on asking strangers on the road to assist me and I'm a lady, can I please get help to deal with this matter.

Regards
