Renault sold me a second hand car as new and manipulated me into buying manual when i initially wanted automatic

Good evening. My name is Connie. I have a problem with Renault Dealership in Clearwater. In May 2019 i have bought the vehicle from them. I initially wanted the automatic but the salesman **** to me that they automatic cars on Renault Kwid were discontinued and he convinced me to buy the manual. I ended up buying the manual car because i had no hope of getting the automatic as i really needed the car and Renault Kwid was the only car i could afford and qualified to buy. Few weeks later i learnt that the salesman was lying to me because someone i knew bought Renault Kwid the automatic few days after i have bought the car. I contacted the salesman and the Clearwater Renault management which they promised to assist me but they never did. I had the reasons why i wanted the automatic. For the whole of 2019 they were making empty promises and at the end they came with excuses. I have complained to the head office as well. Few days after i have bought the car i have learnt that the car was sprayed on in front and at the back and it had some dents. I didn't make a, big deal out of it because I had a hope that they were going to change the car in any case as they have promised. In July the car started flicking the battery sign and i took it to the nearby Renault which was in Roodepoort and they told me to pay for it to get fixed which i refused because the car was still new and still under warranty. It's been showing that sign since that time until on the 10th August the car didn't start, it went blank. I have contacted Renault but no help was given. On the 19th August i called the Renault Roadside Assistant and they sent their towing guys to come and have a look at the car. They tried to jump-start the battery but the battery showed that it was fine. They've checked other things that could cause the car to not start but all was fine. Then i contacted the Clearwater Renault dealer and told them that the Renault towing guys are bringing the car to them which they agreed. Please assist me to get another car because this car has been a problem from the beginning and i see now why they convinced me to buy it when i initially wanted something different. Before lockdown the salesman told me that they can't get me another this time because I have a default then after the lockdown the salesman called me and told me that they can't get me another car because of my credit score which i felt that it was nonsense because when i wanted them to exchange the car when my credit score was fine they failed to do so, they waited for my credit score to be low so they can use it as an excuse. That a nonsense if you ask me. I am sitting without a car and have to use Uber to drive around and to go to work which is very expensive and still have to pay the installment of a car that i don't use. I have complained to Lebo the Renault manager before and instead of assisting me she went and gossiped about me to the salesmen who confronted me and accused me of trying to cause problems for him to Lebo the manager from the head office. Renault is dangerous and should be closed. I repeat Renault reviews are very bad and that shows that they are bad and maybe it should be closed forever. Please assist me and other victims who are sold the second hand cars as new cars. This is not fair. The Renault reviews are bad and that shows me that i am not the only victim or complaint.
