Renault SA/Renault Clearwater has the worst service

I am so furious at the service of this branch. I bought a brand new Renault Kwid and in 2 months the hooter stopped working. I did a booking and I was told to bring it in so their technicians can check the car. They checked the car and 2 days later, this lady by the name Theresa called and said they made a mistake on their side. Apparently there was a video they had to do during the process of checking the hooter and I needed to bring the car back in again. It's been 2 months now of me having to call this branch and asking them when are they going to fix this issue. I wish I had seen the reviews Renault has, I wouldn't have bought a car with this D**n car brand. ?????
