Renault East London service

I sent my vehicle for service,dropped the vehicle at 07h45 and informed them I sill have to drive to Ngcobo.I slept over East london and paid because I wanted to be early 12h08 they called to tell me that they are busy with my vehicle and they need to replace wipes and break pads. And I told them to replace wipes not break pads because I have no cash. I called in at 15h00 for the driver to pick me I was there 15h15, and when I arrived I asked Adelle the lady at reception to check how far are they with my vehicle.She went and check after sometime came back and told me they are not done they waiting for warranty approval and since it's already 16h20 they wont get approval same day.She have me 2 options to take the vehicle and go with it and lose out on warranty claim as they wont approve if they need more information from the vehicle, or I sleep over and pay our of my own pocket and have no vehicle over night ,they can only drop me. I am not happy with the kind of service I got and it's worse because its affecting my finances and inconveniences all the plans I had while I believe if they sent out the claim earlier and advised me on time what is happening and had done follow up with warranty claim I would not be affected.
