Refusing to take responsibility - Stinking attitude

Took my vehicle to Ford Randburg in December for over three weeks, it was stripped to figure out what the problem is. I was informed that the is a problem with the wiring and eventually no work was done to the vehicle and they had to assemble it back. When I got my vehicle back around end December it started reporting some issues that weren't there prior to the vehicle going to Ford and being striped i.e when doors are closed it shows that they are open, bezzel around the light switch is now broken/loose and falls out, some of the carpets are missing. I then decide to call the service manager RUDE PAULA and tell her what I'm experiencing with the vehicle, she told me she doesn't think any of this things I'm reporting are true and even related to the car being worked on. Hello that must be the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. First of all she hasn't even looked at the car, or even know what was done to the car. I suggested to bring over the car so she can see what I'm talking about. I know my car and the state it was in before it when into the workshop. When I went to ford the other day she sends people to tell me she's busy with the audit and can't come to see me. Eventually I got hold of her over the phone which most of the time she was shouting at me like I'm her child and she agreed to me bringing the vehicle over to be looked at because I wouldn't accept her silly excuses . At the end of the day I'm told that the issues are just faults the car has and not related to them stripping the car. I mean all the issues raised. Is it a coincidence that the car has these issues after its from the workshop? I don't think so, she is so unprofessional, rude, and clearly don't know anything about customer service. I want my vehicle fixed, there is no way in hell I will pay for damages caused by ford.
