Reeds Tygervalley, got your commission, now you can be rude??

Got my VW Polo delivered end of February from Reeds Tygervalley. After the EPC light went on several times the previous weekend, I received confirmation on Monday the throttle body need to be replaced, which will cost about R9700.

Called the warranty, and was told they wont pay that claim. Called Reeds Tygervalley, spoke to Lana Robarts, the person that sold the warranty to me, asked if there is something Reeds could assist with me.

I can quote Lana “sorry to hear about that, but take out a bank loan or put it on your credit card”.

Shocking reply right?! Now that you got your commission upfront, is this the way you speak to costumers? One would think you would go the extra mile to assist, because thats how you keep customers coming back, and spreading the good word.
