Reeds N1 City service sucks and constant lies!

I went last week wednesday 13 February 2019 to view a car and test drive everything went great gave them answer on Thursday sent everything they asked for. Whole day Friday they are quiet.

I asked if we can have the car on the saturday everything should be ready. They said yes it will be ready. Friday afternoon i start asking questions as i must drop my trade in by them the saturday and receive the new car (used). There the stories start coming and i already knew now im dealing with amatures. Once the first story hit i heard more stories. And first when we test drove asked about the spare key and papers. Said its all there. So the salesman who helped us says one story but the other who filled in for him says a different story. And now im starting to get really angry.

Monday i had a meeting to attend i gave a timeframe. Finance lady helped so much getting paperwork done but saleman who assisted while the initial one was on training couldnt help much. But still different story as papers and plates as initial one.

We dropped off the trade in and received the car and the issues we mentioned that needed fixing on car wasnt even done. Engine bay is very dirty as well as in the door handles. In other words we got a dirty car. But they claimed it was cleaned.

Its Wednesday again. And no papers no plates cause they claiming now papers must be courier'ed and guess what still no. Communication or updates on it.

I must say easy to get a sale for commision but actually handing over what a disgrace. I done everything as soon as they asked. Even the trade in was dropped in time. I missed my meeting and got a warning at my work thanks to their lack of delivery or service.

Now when i asked again of spare key im told it must be cut but how do you cut a transponder and fob that needs programming???

So what type of people does Reeds employ?

Service sucks!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY PAPERS AND NUMBER PLATES AND ALSO WHAT I MENTIONED FIXED, AS WELL AS MY SPARE KEY!!!!!
