Reeds N1 City pathetic service!

<p>Started off by me booking my car in to have my tapper cover seal replaced and have the full diagnostic check done, all good and well. Service agent Natalie then phoned me later in the day to tell me that they are unable to repair the seal as there is too much oil on the motor which there wasn't. She then tells me that I must have the motor steam cleaned and then drive it for another 500kms as they can't be sure where the oil leak is coming from after I had already pointed out to them where the leak is coming from. Natalie then calls me at 15:55 to tell me that my car must be collected by 16:00 due to their staff function. Me then frantically having to rush from work to collect the car or else collect only after the long weekend on Monday. Why didnt Reeds have the decency to tell their customers that cars have to be collected early due to their staff function!! I then get slapped with a bill of R850 for the diagnostic check that only said that my brakes are fine .. after refusing to pay as they failed to diagnose anything they halfed the bill which I paid. I then drive the car away only to find the car is over reving now, I then call the Michael over to assist and he then gladly puts back a pipe which they forgot to put back.. N1 Reeds are really *********** their customers and I will never retain again! The worst service ever omg</p>
