Reeds N1 City

I wanted to buy a car from Reeds N1 City which I was told I had first priority when I app**** for finance. The following day my finance was approved and I was told to come in and sign.... when I arrived that afternoon I was told that the car was sold to someone else under me. The manager was arrogant and non apologetic. This was terrible customer service and they didn’t even bother to assist me to find another vehicle or apologize for the poor internal/customer communication on their part.
