****** and lack of accountability

I have been disrespected and humiliated by Gert Opperman, Brett van Der Brink and Cassandra. Cassandra and Gert have been sending me from pillar to post and giving me empty promises regarding my car radio. The Dealer Principal Brett van Der Brink, is an old-fashioned fascist and a ***** that undermines black people and fails to take any accountability on behalf of his branch and the GM Brand. His team believes that business in this modern world allows them the space to promise a client something and then change their minds after confirming that I should come and for a new radio. They are now stating something that Gert and Cassandra were well aware of at the beginning of the escalation of the matter to Gert. As for Brett van Der Brink, he has no accountability whatsoever and literally told me to go and do what I see fit with his dealerships lack of accountability and mishap. At the end of the day, both Cassandra and Gert said in their words that I would get a replacement radio, regardless of water damage, warranties or previous ownership of the vehicle, we cleared that a long time ago after Cassandra made the promise that the radio would be replaced.
