****py after service

I purchased a vehicle approximately 3 months ago and before closing the deal of coz you will get great service and will be treated like a star client. However, I haven't received my spare key after it has been promised to me by, the service agent that sold me the car. Every time I have to call and send messages only to be let told that someone will contact me back or my key will be courier to me only to find that I still haven't received nothing. I even called the branch manager of Ford Action and got to the person voicemail left a message and up to this day not even the branch manager had the decency to contact me. I have made it known that if anything should happen to the only key I have I won't be able to use my vehicle. Clearly this feel on deaf ears as the deal has been done the car was purchased so now, I'm not important to get my spare key. This is pathetic service received poorly dealt with and hopefully I will get contacted regarding my key seeing that I had to resort to this measure.
