Putrid client services from motor dealership...

They are the worst dealership... firstly I was misled by the sales agent Chris Koen,he informed me that the car selling price is R239 000 the day I signed the contract the price showed R249 000, I had proof that the sales agent told me different. The reaction when I raised this was as if I’m lying. secondly on my contract my next of kin details was of someone whom I carry no relation to or even know them. Thirdly he promised me delivery a specific date... when I arrived to take delivery my car wasn’t ready... the sales manager then apologized on he’s sales agents behalf then promised me a full tank of fuel. Wen I took delivery there was no full tank of fuel as promised, I had to ask for it as he’s promised. 5 days into having my car I still don’t have my spare keys and my cash back of R10 000 which I was promised as the sales agent took me fir a ride... more to this is that the sales agent informed me that I have a balance of a maintenance plan which is incorrect as I work for the motor industry. He has no clue as to wats goingon and there is no transparency.
