Programming of Key and fitment of Handle

I made a Booking and a Deposit for a Key that needed to be programmed and a Outside pasanger front handle to be fitted to my vehicle.

I specifically advised that i will be driving from Calvinia to Bellville and need all things to be sorted so that i could return the very same day with the Advisor Marius Plaatjies who was very Friendly and Efficient.

I got the on the day of appointment just to find out that the appointment was never made after i received confirmation the handle was never sprayed and the key could not be programmed.

I tried to explain my situation and eventually they found the appointment the invoice and date of appointment. I requested to kindly be taken somewhere since i could not sit there the whole day waiting for them to finish they advised that due to Covid 19 they are not allowed to take us anywhere and that we needed to sort ourselves out.

they promised that the handle would be sorted during the day and the programming and cutting of the key as well.

Myself and two friend waited the whole day with no call from Reeds Bellville. We came back and was advised that there is nothing that they can do because the handle and the key was still not ready to be programmed and fitted. I advised that i only had enough money to travel to and from Bellville and do not have money for ourselves to stay over. They were sorry to hear our .... but there is nothing that they can do. I had to Borrow funds to stay over and had to find my own way to get to a place to stay over.
