Poor Workmanship, Poor service! Worst of the worst!!

If only you could give a negative star rating because BMW Northcliff Arch deserves no stars at all! The worst insurance ever!! It's almost 3 months now and my car has not been full fixed! I have sent numerous emails to the case manager at MiWay CC'ing Patrick from BWM Northcliff Arch with no response at all. Shane the workshop manager never gives any updates or does any follow ups! Both MiWay and BMW Northcliff Arch are not responding to any of my emails and calls! The worst of the worst!! It's time social media hears about your poor customer service! It's time one starts calling out people by name on socials!!
